I am an energy worker, a writer, a guide, here to help you evolve and be free. Like you, my life's journey has taken many twists and turns and all along the way I have endeavored to learn and grow from my experiences. I am a Spencer Institute Holistic Life Coach and Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Author of two books, "The Grief Handbook" and "Essays in Grief", available on Amazon. I hope to help you find clarity of purpose, heal through your life's losses and lessons, and evolve into a higher version of yourself through coaching, energy sessions and readings. In the beginning life was pretty smooth and easy, I never had to question much. As life went on, I had to find my way through births, deaths, divorce, losses, successes, traumas by remembering who I really am. I believe we are all connected and here to help each other learn and grow through life's experiences. The common energy that connects us all feeds and sustains us when we feel alone, overwhelmed, and overloaded.
